Dr. Called.....

Today is Andy's birthday, and I have been running around like a mad woman! I was taking a break when the phone rang. It was Andy and he said to me, "I just received the best birthday present ever!". I was taken back because he hasn't opened mine yet,LOL... He then went on to explain the surgeon called (Dr. Antonio) and they had the preliminary results back. He said they are 98% sure that it was a grossly infected lymph gland. But there was still a 2 % chance it could be cancer and they were still running test and they would have the finally pathology report on Tuesday.

I am so relieved! This has been a horrible 2 weeks for all of us. It has made me appreciate my husband so much more, maybe I needed this and it was Heavenly father way of telling me I needed to or maybe it's just a fluke. Either way I do love and appreciate everything about Andy. I can now continue to dream about us growing old sitting in our rockers with our false teeth in our cups beside us watching the sunset.
