I am going crazy this week! Not really, but I should be. Sunday Andy was taking a shower, and when he reached out the shower he pulled something in his back. I heard a weird noise or scream , not sure which from the bathroom. I went running down there to see what was the matter since James was with him and is capable of anything.
I helped him out of the shower and to the bed and tucked him in for the day to rest his back. Heating pad, Ibuprofen and lots of kind words to soothe his bruised ego along with his back. (that was the hardest part , LOL!!). It was difficult for him on Monday, but he seems to be doing much better today. Thank goodness because Shalonda has been relentless on her father, reminding him he's over the hill, needs to remember to take his walker with him and etc. ( gotta love the youth!!)
So as a the good wife that I am, I decided to be nice and make him something special. I made a homemade apple pie, can you smell it? It's going to be really good warm with some vanilla ice cream melting over it. YUM YUM.....
